Aaysle.com aims to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN / REPLACEMENT
You can request a return or replacement for:
✔ Damaged product
✔ Defective product
✔ Wrong product delivered
✔ Items missing from package
✔ Product not matching description
Return request must be raised within 7 DAYS of delivery.
2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
To qualify:

Product must be UNUSED

Original packaging must be intact

All accessories/manuals should be included

Product must not be physically damaged by customer
3. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
For safety & hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
❌ Used toys
❌ Toys without original packaging
❌ Electronic toys that have been opened
❌ Water toys once used
❌ Feeding items
❌ Personalized or customized items
❌ Clearance/sale items marked “Final Sale”
4. RETURN PROCESS
1️⃣ Contact support@aaysle.com
2️⃣ Share order ID
3️⃣ Send images/videos of the issue
4️⃣ Our team verifies within 24–48 hours
5️⃣ Courier is arranged to pick up the product
6️⃣ Once received & checked, refund/replacement is initiated
5. REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be issued only after:

Product passes QC check

Issue is confirmed

Return is approved
Refund Time:

Prepaid Orders → 5–7 business days

Wallet/UPI → 2–3 days
-
Bank Refund → 5–10 days
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. REPLACEMENT POLICY
If the required product is in stock, we will:

Ship the replacement after return approval

Notify you via email/SMS
If not in stock, we will offer:

Store credit

Full refund
7. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled ONLY before shipment.
After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund:
