1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours.

  • Orders placed after 7 PM are processed the next business day.

  • Public holiday or Sunday orders will be processed on the next working day.

In case of delays, you will be notified via email/SMS.


2. SHIPPING TIME & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery times vary by location:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Rural/Remote Regions: 7–10 business days

Please note:

  • Weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen issues may delay deliveries.

  • Delivery to remote areas may take longer than usual.


3. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location

  • Weight & dimensions of the product

  • Order total

We offer:

Free Shipping on orders above a certain value (if applicable during offers).
✔ Transparent shipping fees shown at checkout.


4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking link

  • AWB/Courier ID

  • Courier partner name

  • Estimated delivery date

Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to reflect.


5. PACKAGING & SAFETY

Every order is packaged with:

  • Multi-layer protective wrapping

  • Tamper-proof sealing

  • Impact-resistant packaging

  • Bubble wrap or cushioning

We ensure toys reach you in perfect condition.


6. MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS

If your order contains different items, they may be shipped separately depending on:

  • Warehouse availability

  • Size/weight constraints

  • Courier allocation

You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.


7. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our courier partners will make two attempts to deliver the order.

A package may be returned back if:

  • The customer is unavailable

  • The phone number is unreachable

  • The address is incorrect

  • Delivery is refused

Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.


8. WRONG / INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete shipping address:

  • Aaysle.com will not be responsible for non-delivery

  • No refund will be issued

  • Customer must re-order with correct address


9. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is:

  • Lost

  • Damaged

  • Tampered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery attempt with:

  • Clear images/video

  • Order ID

We will assist immediately.
